About Regista Publishing

Football is more than ninety minutes.

Regista Publishing was created from a simple belief: football is more than ninety minutes. It is history and identity, ambition and heartbreak, and the stories supporters carry from one generation to the next.

We publish independent football books that look beyond the final whistle, at the managers, clubs, characters and moments that shaped the game. Every title is original and written in English for readers who care about football's past as much as its present.

It is the same instinct behind every shirt in the Regista archive: the details of the game are worth preserving, and worth sharing.

    Original narratives

New books written for Regista Publishing, each built around a clear story rather than a compilation of facts.

  • 02

    An independent voice

Our biographies are independent works. They are never presented as official, authorised or endorsed by the people and clubs they explore.

  • 03

    Rooted in football culture

Born from the same love of the game that drives the Regista shirt archive, and connected to it wherever the story allows.

Wear the story

Arteta wore Arsenal colours as a player from 2011 to 2016, captaining the side in his final seasons, before returning as head coach in December 2019. These shirts come from the Regista archive, starting with designs from his playing years in north London.

Each shirt is a genuine piece from the Regista archive, listed individually with its own photographs, size and condition.
